Super Easy Homemade Granola
This homemade granola is a family favorite—simple, delicious, and totally customizable! It’s the perfect balance of crunchy, nutty, and sweet. Make a batch and enjoy it over yogurt, with milk, or straight from the jar!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups rolled oats 
- 1 cup almonds, chopped 
- 1 cup pecans, chopped 
- 1 cup peanuts 
- 1 cup shredded coconut 
- 1 cup dried cranberries (or your favorite dried fruit) 
- ½ cup melted coconut oil 
- ½ cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option) 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, coconut, and dried fruit. 
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. 
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated. 
- Spread the granola evenly on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake for 24 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even toasting. 
- Remove from the oven and let it sit undisturbed for at least 1 hour—this helps create those delicious crunchy clusters! 
- Once completely cool, store in an airtight container and enjoy.
