Kristina is one of those women.

Prairie Coast Candle Co. began with a love of creating beautiful, intentional products that bring warmth, comfort, and everyday magic into the home.

We practice that through movement, breath, meditation, and moments of stillness. We can also practice it in the middle of our everyday routines.

You might light a candle while you sit down with your morning journal, placing it safely away from your pages. Let the moment be an invitation to check in before the day begins.
How am I feeling? What would support me today?
You might freshen a room after tidying, then pause long enough to enjoy the space you have cared for.
You might prepare an evening bath and give yourself permission to linger. Set your phone aside. Let a few minutes belong entirely to you.
These moments can be simple and still feel meaningful.
As a mother, I know how easy it is to move from one need to the next without noticing your own. A small ritual can help you remember to include yourself in the care you offer throughout the day.
You are allowed to enjoy your home while you are living in it. To make something beautiful before everything is finished. To pause while there are still dishes in the sink.
