What Makes This Cosmic Moment So Powerful?

  • Partial Solar Eclipse + New Moon (Sept 21)
A solar eclipse magnifies the new moon’s energy of beginnings, offering a karmic reset. Think of it as an energetic doorway where shadows reveal truths and new possibilities emerge.

  • Fall Equinox (Sept 22)
A moment of cosmic balance—day and night equal, light and dark in harmony. Across cultures, the equinox has been a time of harvest, gratitude, and rituals that honor the cycles of nature.

  • Libra New Moon
Libra, ruled by Venus, is the sign of harmony, justice, and relationship. This moon invites us to reset how we show up in partnerships, balance giving and receiving, and align inner beauty with outer expression.

  • Vedic Wisdom: Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra
In the Vedic lens, this eclipse falls in Uttara Phalguni—symbolized by the bed or hammock, carrying themes of foundation, sacred contracts, and supportive connections. It is guided by Aryaman, the deity of alliances and noble bonds, reminding us to honor commitments and align with dharma.

What You’ll Experience in The Virtual Workshop

In this gathering, we’ll explore:

✨ The history and rituals of the equinox across cultures—from Mayan temples to Japanese moon-viewing traditions.
✨ The astrology of the Libra New Moon and what it means for relationships, balance, and self-worth.
✨ The Vedic perspective of Uttara Phalguni and how its wisdom applies to your life now.
Yogic philosophy on equanimity, dharma, and seasonal practices.
✨ Practical ways to align—through asana, pranayama, meditation, and ritual.

And because wisdom is meant to be embodied, we’ll close with a grounding Kundalini–Yin inspired practice and guided meditation to help you root your intentions, release with the eclipse, and step into autumn balanced and renewed.

What You’ll Experience in the Moondalini Gong Bath

Step into a gentle, deeply restorative fusion of movement, breath, and sound designed to help you release, realign, and rejuvenate. This session flows intuitively through three complementary practices:

Slow Vinyasa Flow
We begin by awakening the body and connecting to breath with slow, mindful movements. Each posture is designed to open energy pathways, release tension, and cultivate presence, preparing your body and mind for deeper states of stillness.

Kundalini + Yin Fusion
Next, we move into a fusion of Kundalini and Yin-inspired postures. Kundalini practices help awaken the subtle energy within, while Yin poses invite deep stretching, surrender, and grounding. Together, they balance dynamic activation with restorative calm, creating space for inner clarity and emotional release.

✨ Guided Gong Bath
We conclude lying down in stillness as the vibrations of the gong wash over the body. The sound gently penetrates your energy field, releasing stuck emotions, calming the nervous system, and harmonizing mind, body, and spirit. This deeply meditative experience helps anchor your intentions, leaving you feeling balanced, renewed, and radiant.

This practice is suitable for all levels—no prior yoga or Kundalini experience is necessary—and is designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey, supporting both gentle movement and profound energetic alignment.
